Monthly Challenge

Here's how it works:  Look over the challenge plan options below and select one from each category that best suits your current situation.  Write down your personalized challenge--including any weight and/or inch loss goals--and then head over to Facebook and tell us about your plan!  Accountability is key!  Check in regularly.

Note:  You are NOT behind!  Jump in at any time.  Alter your own challenge each month.

You are welcome to join us in the "closed" accountability group (just for women) by clicking this link and asking to join.  We'll get you added as soon as possible!!

  1. Hello! I just joined and I am very excited to have a resource for motivation from a community that is more interested in the whole well being of each person. I have 3 girls (6,4, and 7 months) and I am ready to whip myself back into shape so I can keep up with them physically and minister to them spiritually. My personalized challenge for this month will be to not eat after 7 (because we usually do dinner at 6), I am continuing using Insanity Asylum and P90X combo at least 4x per week, and I am going to wake up 30 minutes earlier to spend devotional time with God. Here we go!

  3. Here I go AGAIN........I'm going to give this my best try.......my excess weight can be attributed to emotional eating and I believe this is sin....it's God who can bring me peace, etc., during emotional and rocky times..not food. I know this, but it's a battle to change a bad habit. Often times I've eaten before I realize it.
I am going to begin AGAIN....not Monday, not tomorrow.....but now!
I have chosen to drink extra water, and at least one glass before each meal....I will commit to the DVD programs, mine consist of walking, pilates or stretches. As well I am looking forward to getting up 30 minutes early to have with the Lord. I am so glad to have been introduced to this site!
