"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."
3 John 1:2
The plan is simple! I've created 3 easy steps to get you moving in the right direction...quick!
- 'Like' the Facebook page, because that is where you'll find extra tips, advice and inspiration. That's also where you'll find the latest on the current month's challenge and random drawings for prize packages!
- If you interested in the "closed" accountability group--where nobody can see posts except for members--join here. This is made up of a community of women seeking after physical and spiritual health, just like you.
- Head over to the Monthly Challenge and select one option from each of the three categories...this creates your custom health & fitness challenge. Write down your goals. You are far less likely to see results without a plan!
- Jump in right where you are! You are NOT behind! Each day {on FB } you'll find a post on the wall {or in your feed} with the current date. That is where you check in. Tell us what you did, for how long and how it went for you. Feel free to include any mini...or big... goals you might be attaining. Let us cheer you on!!
Be sure you have the tools in hand to meet your goals. If you are planning to run/walk, are good pair of shoes are about all you need. If you are adding in weights, you can easily find some dumbells at the store or use various sized "soup" cans to get started. If you are wanting to start a DVD program, make your purchase or place your order promptly so you can get started. Don't put off for tomorrow what you need to do today! There are many options for DVD workouts available...T-tapp, Jillian Michaels, The Biggest Loser series...far too many to mention. You can visit the resource page if you are looking for recommended ideas. Everybody is different and will need to select something that inspires and motivates them. If you find you are bored, you haven't found the right thing yet!
