Beautiful Change...and a fitness DVD series giveaway



I am so excited about getting this journey underway!  And to kick off "launch week" I have an AWESOME giveaway lined up for you!  {Actually, I have 3 but let's not get ahead of ourselves here!}.




I love this program!!!  There is just something about Chalene that challenges me to keep moving.  She works it the whole time and barely breaths heavy...that inspires me!  It's not your old-school style of aerobics program...meaning don't expect the *grapevine* from back in the day...this is choreographed with a combination of dance, kick boxing, high intensity interval training (HIIT)--with a little bit of plyo thrown in for some extra fun!

How TurboFire works

  1. I try to alternate between P90X and a few Insanity and some Hip Hop Abs. Basically whatever I feel like b/c then I'll keep doing it!

  3. I love Turbo!!!! I did Turbo Kick years ago and even got certified as an instructor. Because of this I know that Turbo Fire must be excellent! I really, really, really hope I win. I can use this after I have baby number 2 in June =)

  6. I would love to try this program. I try to get to the gym, but between homeschooling, homemaking, and getting the kids to their sports practices, I can't seem to find the time. :( This would give me something that I could do in the home...so that I could carve out time in my day without having to drive anywhere...and have GUIDE! :)

  7. For the nutritional part of the monthly challenge I want to not eat after 6pm. For the fitness part I am committing to run 3 days a week and do a dvd workout 3 days a week. I have lost 113 pounds and have 15 more to go. For the spiritual part I am committing to daily morning devotions...no excuses!

  8. I have been eyeing this program for a few months, just not in my budget right now. Looks like an awesome program! I am doing an 8 week weight loss challenge with a group of friends on FB, this is my second time around. Pretty excited to be doing this again. First one ran Jan-Feb. and this one started yesterday, love the accountability!

    *Drink 8-12 (8oz) glasses of water daily
    *Choose a DVD workout(s) and complete a session 4 days/wk minimum: T-Tapp or WATP
    *Cultivate a stronger intercessory prayer life

  12. Kasey...I'm excited to see your new blog. I am presently reading Healthy Trim Mama and changing up my exercise routine. My body needs to change it up because we were in the same old rut. Looking forward to the challenges you'll offer here dear friend.
